Our client, a pioneer in outpatient surgical centers owned by physicians, and a leader in robotics surgery, had 17 disconnected facilities and was struggling to create a unified presence in the market to keep pace with competitors.
We interviewed patients, physicians and staff across the country to determine the drivers and concerns around both outpatient surgery and robotics. Using this core primary research, we created a comprehensive brand to reflect the strategy of the company and the values and needs of patients. We captured and told surgeon and patient stories in video. We built a comprehensive physician finder. We developed messaging around the benefits of both robotic enhanced surgical techniques and the advantages of outpatient surgery, Aviva was positioned to bring more patients into all of its centers, support its physicians with marketing, and tell a new story to potential partners in the development of new clinics around the country.
